The Network Flow Configuration Document (FCD) Template identifies and standardizes the minimum information needed by Trading Partners to execute a Flow. Several FCD documents, which adapt the template to specific scenarios, are under development. For instance, a Flow Configuration Document that describes the technical configuration and business processes used to exchange data between the Michigan NPDES/DMR database and the EPA PCS system is currently in draft form.
